Sometimes our stacks can have conflicts with other 3rd-party stacks or themes. We will be able to help remove the conflict, however we may not be able to recreate the issue on our end without access to all of the stacks you are using. In order to help us identify where the conflict is, we will need you to either send us an exported copy of your project/website, or provide a link to a page with the issue if it is live.
